Mr. Wheen

Mr. Wheen is a worker at Cedric Brown's funeral parlour. He is assisted by Mr. Jowls. Himself and Mr. Jowls also attended Mr. Browns wedding, they also often tired and play jokes on Mr. Brown when he comes to work.
